Simplification


Streamline ideas, information and what to do.

Tiredness, depression, confusion and despair can come from the fact that too many thing are in mind, which can not be dealt with at once.

In fact, most of them are not immediately needed and even necessary at all.

Cut down what are unnecessary and just forget about them.

What really need to be done are not so many.

Just simplify thoughts and minimize objectives.

Then, the life will be clear, easier and focused.
