Changes


When stuck, it is better to start with parts that are easy to cope with.

Just like a jigsaw puzzle, try filling in wherever easy, and keep on doing it.

Gradually, various clues will emerge, which could not be recognized at an initial stage.

Just go on doing something about it, even if it feels nothing seems to move forward.

Just continue to do whatever possible.

Doing something at least means creating some changes.

Even though trivial, when such changes are accumulated, they can constitute a mass of something that did not exist before.

The collection of changes implies different state from that of current stagnation.

At least keep moving, keep on doing something, so that some kind of changes are created

For this can become the source of chances and breakthroughs to get over obstacles.

The time of suffering is that of the very chance to find and plant such seeds.

Time


There is no time to waste for being trapped in negative emotions such as chagrin, anger, self-hatred, nihility and others.

Time passes quickly.

Change the state of mind, and use the precious time for something much more valuable.

No time to be bothered by anything unimportant and useless.

Shame


Those who can only value something materialistic such as money, social status, power, and other worldly success can never see the profound value of something invisible.

Shame.

Emotions


Emotions can not be thoroughly suppressed in the name of forbearance.

Especially, the accumulation of negative ones really sucks life, and twist, distort and tear the mind apart.

But, emotions at any rate imply some kind of force, which can create the movement of life.

The emotions need to be redirected into energies to drive life for something constructive, creative and positive.

Decline


The experience of being declined can affect a mind negatively.

It can make one feel as if one's quality, value or existence per se were totally negated.

The accumulation of it can indeed is unbearable.

But still, there is no option but to advance, move forward.

Despair may whisper into the ear the kind of the words that there is no point to go further or even go on living.

But we have to live.

We have to live through and survive to the end.

Dare to live own life.

And, continue to accumulate and complete what one has been doing.

One might feel as though being left alone in darkness whereas many others are laughing under the shiny sun.

Never mind them.

Just live own life, and do things in front.

Steadily create and build own things, and strengthen and sophisticate own qualities.

Dare to live and survive to the end.

And look around.

One will certainly realize one's own absolute victory.

History tells that those who survive and build an unwavering self is an actual victor.

When considered by removing value judgment, the disadvantage can be interpreted as difference or even uniqueness.

The fact that one is different from others means the existence of a gap.

A gap may be perceived negatively from one perspective or measurement, which is in fact not absolute.

By adopting other viewpoint, the very gap can be translated and utilized positively for one's advantage.

Here comes the application of one's creativity.

Disadvantage or advantage, defeat or victory, and unhappiness or happiness are up to one's attitude, perception and vigour.

Pleasure


One of the best and exciting parts of life is to work out how to take advantage of what people regard as adversity and turn it into the source of actual success and victory.

Commonality


Concentration and relaxation share something in common.

Switch


It is crucial to secure a moment to totally relax.

This enables one to see something different and even feel how petty or narrow interests one has been pursuing.

Rather than being trapped by an idea to do everything, remember what is important and truly satisfying.

Just focus on doing that first.

Competition is not everything.
