Laughing


Complaint does not help at all.

Negativity affects others.

It transmits, spreads and deteriorates vigor and cheer of people.

But it is often hard not to say any when feeling down.

The best way to deal with it is to laugh.

Just laugh.

Try to laugh, using whatever methods, stimuli or reasons for doing it.

Laughing is medicine.

Laughing cures saddened and depressed feelings.

Laughing enables one to perceive problems as something tiny and trivial.

Laughing lifts up one's heart and spirit.
