Power
Those in power may look confident in many cases.
Nonetheless, it is often the case that sense of insecurity and fear tends to persist in their minds.
Understanding this would improve a way to deal with matters in more effective and constructive manners.
Anger
It is interesting to observe that those with the tendency of anger are quite prone to authority, despite their often being critical of others.
Is it because their hierarchical worldview (in relation to competition) or a sense of insecurity intrinsic in their nature?

Qualities
Whatever may happen, wherever it may be, try to cultivate, enhance and elevate own qualities.
Whether people despise or ignore, even if failures or adversities come about, it does not matter at all.
As long as securing actual, stable and definite qualities within own self, this very fact never changes regardless of reputations or circumstances.
These qualities will eventually start shining and, when the time comes, receive what they actually deserve.

Criticism
To criticize is a hundred times easier than to take one single action.
For the latter requires responsibility whereas the former can easily escape from it.
Option
Being true to oneself enables one to feel secure and satisfying.
Trying to show oneself as something better or other than oneself leads one to a sense of vanity and insecurity.
It is obvious which is better.

Vigour
If it is possible to have a positive mindset or some kind of vigour all the time, regardless of success or failure, it may be called invincible.
Like the resilience of weeds, which grow again and again, even if blown severely, trampled repeatedly or mowed thoroughly.
As long as maintaining the vigour, the vitality, the will to live, one will never be defeated, and win in a real sense.
Fool
I am not clever, and am even be stupid.
Even then, there is still a way to win.
Admit that I am a fool.
But still, rather because of it, I can really think and come up with the way in which a fool can win.
No need to be clever, cunning, efficient, as it were.
There is a steady, diligent, foolishly honest, but definite way to win.
I just do that, and win.
